Blocks has been a concept of mine that I have developed with the time in mind.
A lot of us have busy lives and often have to cut training sessions short due to simply not having the time to train for 1-3 hours to complete every element of the session. Sometimes we just want to get in and our of the gym, have a plan and a structure that will get results, push us to the limit and get the body and feeling we want from training!
BLOCKS is your answer - I have developed this system to push and test the body with 3 Blocks within a training session.
A BLOCKS SESSION:
WARM UP - 5 to 10 MINS
BLOCK 1 - STRENGTH 15 MINS
BLOCK 2 - ACCESSORY / GYMNASTICS 15 MINS
BLOCK 3 - CONDITIONING 15 MINS
Approx 60 MINUTE SESSION DONE
Each week BLOCKS will hit all muscle groups, focusing on Lower, Upper and pull sessions with added conditioning and accessory work through out!
