This is a beginner level program for any one who is new or starting functional fitness training.
The Foundations Program will provide a progressive plan of strength and conditioning, through mixed modal training to build functional muscle & improve your engine and overall fitness.
Price is per month - minimum 3 months commitment to program

Access to full gym with functional space/equipment
Home Gym: Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Rack/Pull Up Bar, 1x Cardio Equipment (e.g rower/bike)
3 Months Minimum Commitment (You can change your program if you find you haven’t chosen the right level)
