Chris Rigby - Creator RIG Training Programs
I am Chris Rigby, married in my mid 30's and have 2 beautiful children.
I have played sports all of my life, grew up bailing hay and mucking out horses on the family farm. In my teens the gym became a big part of my life and I instantly become addicted and interested in everything fitness, how to develop the body and get that 6 pack ab look!
I grew addicted instantly, not with just the 6-pack image and bodybuilding physique, but with the movement, the performance and with the health and wellness aspects of fitness and health.
I wanted to know how to develop strength but also perform and look better, this was the goal and it continues to this day.
At 21 I joined the Police Force, a demanding role which required me to be in peak physical condition, I spent 7 years on the front line, before handing in my badge to chase my true passion - Fitness!
I found Crossfit in 2012 whist I was living in New York, the training style, the coaching and methodology behind Crossfit instantly got me hooked.
I moved out to the Middle East in 2013 and over the span of 5 years, I set up and ran 2 CrossFit gyms and started up a Fitness Industry based Business. It was during this period I started woking with Eleiko, before fully joining Eleiko as a Sales Manager in the UK.
Throughout my life and especially over the last 8 years, I have learnt so much about my own body, fitness and health as well as how other people perform in different scenarios. I understand how people respond to training styles and methods as well as how people can achieve the best results possible when the right fitness program is prescribed to them.
I now combine everything I have learnt with my own style and twist to program for RIG TRAINING. There are no short cuts, this is a LIFESTYLE, a movement and my passion.
I practice what a I preach, trying and testing workout before putting them into my programming.

There are no easy days or workouts. I have combined what works for me and what I grind out on a daily basis to give you the results you have always wanted.
