Train With Rigby Program
Follow the EXACT program as Head Coach Chris Rigby - For experienced lifters wanting an elite level of training. Strength training, accessory work, mixed modality conditioning - develop your strength even further, become more efficient and technical in the olympic lifting, as well as reaching a higher level of intensity in the conditioning workouts.
All sessions are tried, tested and adapted to achieve optimal performance and results - expect there to be more creativity with this program, as Head Coach Rigby will test you through combined movement patterns and varying effort levels to achieve a fit & functional physique.

Access to full gym with functional space/equipment
Home Gym: Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Rack/Pull Up Bar, 1x Cardio Equipment (e.g rower/bike)
3 Months Minimum Commitment (You can change your program if you find you haven’t chosen the right level)
This program has revolutionised by training. I had hit a plateau and was struggling with strength gains and also technique. This program is so well put together, challenging but very much achievable. Chris is a great communicator and also very rapid with responses.
